As a young girl, I was attracted to spirituality and metaphysics with dreams of opening up my own holistic center to share my gifts of healing modalities and for others to open themselves up to the gifts they have to heal. While raising a family and dabbling in the corporate world, I gained knowledge and certifications since my young teenage years as a Usui Shiki Ryoho & Holy Fire Reiki Master, Bio-field tuning fork specialist, Frequency Facial acupressure facelift, Sound Healer & Sound Therapist, Shamanic Ceremony Instructor, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Counseling, Essential Oil Mixologist, Chakra master healer, Master Hypnotherapist, Teacher of Energetic Shielding For Healing Protection & Balance. I am also trained in multiple meditation techniques including sound healing, light body, water meditation, creative visualization, mindfulness and visioning. Although I have acquired many certifications through formal training, my truest knowledge and instruction comes through my own intuitive guidance and life experience.
